Failed Daily Sketch Resolution

A couple weeks ago I brought my Wacom Tablet to work to try and start doing a daily sketch or something. I ended up doing two that I saved and quit.

Made him for Halloween and then forgot to do anything with him.

Bird skull?
I've always had a lot of trouble drawing something from scratch on a tablet. I was trying to mess around with different brush and pressure combinations.
